Next to food, housing is a major focus of MWGT. Habitat for Humanity 7 Rivers Maine is doing the import work to keep people in their homes longer and safely. We are thrilled to partner with them.

More fun pictures from our 2026 Spring Walk to Build! Thank you to Robert Mooney for capturing these smiles! The donations are still coming in, and to date we have raised $59,137 of our $60,000 goal! Unbelievable! We are so grateful to everyone who participated and supported our walk this year! This funding will allow us to help more of our neighbors stay warm, safe, and dry in their homes!

Finally have time to thank all who braved the weather forecast last Sunday and joined us for our super fun 2026 Spring Walk to Build! What a day! The weather cleared up just in time for our walk. We had close to 200 walkers and have raised over $50,000 with more donations continuing to come in through the month of May- this means more homes built and repaired for our neighbors in need!

Thank you to all our Team Captains, walkers, donors, sponsors, and especially Tony Dancer and Sunshine Larry for bringing so much fun this year! If anyone took some good pictures with Sunshine Larry, please post them here!

Today is the day!!! Come join us for our 33rd Annual Spring Walk to Build, supporting our Critical Home Repair and Home Build Programs! Looks like this rain is going to stop at noon, just in time for our walk from 1:00- 3:00. You can register at the event. We will be meeting at Grace Episcopal Church, 1100 Washington St. in Bath.

Less than 1 week away! We can't wait to see you for our 33rd Annual Spring Walk to Build on Sunday, May 3rd! It's not too late to register and join in the fun! Registration is free- bring your friends, family, kiddos, dogs in support of affordable, safe, warm, dry housing for our neighbors in need. And, you'll have a chance to meet Sunshine Larry along our walk route. We'll be doing a fun warm-up with Tony Dancer to get our joints moving for the short 2-mile walk through beautiful downtown Bath.
