First, we provide job opportunities for adults with disabilities who are historically a group that is overlooked for employment. Also, we help the vendors/customers who provide these jobs to the Workshop by producing a quality product at a cost-saving to them.

Ranging from issues like depression and anxiety disorders, to conditions like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, millions of people in the world are affected by some kind of mental health problem.

So today, take the time to practice self-care, reach out to loved ones, talk it out or write out your feelings.

It’s okay to ask for help when needed.
