Batavia VFW is an ALL AMERICAN Post and the Auxiliary has earned the Circle of Excellence! Membership is open to everyone; Combat Veterans can join the VFW, immediate family members of a qualifying veteran can join the Auxiliary, and anyone can join the Boosters. Host your event in our spacious indoor and outdoor facilities! We are a Non Profit Organization and all banquet proceeds help us maintai

n our facility and provide services to Veterans and the Community. The Batavia Overseas VFW Post 1197 has a time-honored reputation for attention to details. With an outstanding commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we ensure a day of success. Our goal is to create a memorable event for you and your group. We are located in Batavia, Illinois, along the Fox River with about 5 acres of open and shaded areas with picnic tables for outdoor dining. We would like to see our state show up to OPPOSE the - Take Care of America's Veterans Act. This is a piece of legislation that includes many provisions the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) has fought for and supports.
BUT there is a serious problem!

To pay for those benefits, Congress would codify previously proposed VA disability rating cuts for tinnitus and sleep apnea.
