❄️🌱 It may be chilly outside, but planting season is still in full swing at the WPC Community Garden!

We were excited to get our fall crops in the ground as we prepare for another season of learning, growing, and community connection. 🌿🥕🥬

Our “Bloom & Grow” programming officially begins the first week of November and we’re looking forward to welcoming students back into the garden for hands-on learning, environmental education, and leadership development.

A special thank you to Farmer Tay for your continued support, knowledge, and commitment to helping our garden grow! 💚

✨ Terrific Tuesday ✨

Today, we’re highlighting the incredible work BUILD continues to do throughout our communities, advocating, organizing, and bringing people together around issues that impact families across Baltimore and Maryland.

Last night, The I AM Me Project was represented as we joined community leaders and partners to hear elected officials make commitments to the important work that is needed to strengthen our communities.

As an organization committed to empowering, educating, and inspiring young women to become who they were created to be, we understand that meaningful change happens through relationships, advocacy, and collaboration.

We will continue to show up, build meaningful partnerships, and connect with organizations whose work helps move our collective missions forward. When organizations come together around a shared vision for stronger communities, we create greater opportunities for the young people and families we serve.

Thank you, BUILD (Baltimoreans United In Leadership Development) for continuing to lead, organize, advocate, and push for change. 💙

It was an honor to be in the room celebrating UNCF’s legacy of opening doors through education and honoring so many people doing meaningful work across Baltimore.

As Founder and Executive Director of The I AM Me Project, I left inspired by the commitment to our young people and the power of investing in their futures. Every opportunity we create helps them see what is possible and believe they belong.

Congratulations to the honorees, and thank you to UNCF for bringing us together to celebrate service, leadership, and a shared commitment to building Baltimore’s future. 💙

It’s WINSDAY, and we’re celebrating another BIG WIN! 🌱💚

The I AM Me Project Inc. is excited to begin our second year of programming and partnership with Walter P. Carter Elementary/Middle School through our “Bloom & Grow Program!

Back-to-School Night was a great opportunity to reconnect with families, students, staff, and the school community as we prepare for another year of growth, learning, confidence-building, and connection.

We are grateful for the continued partnership and excited about everything this new school year will bring. Last year, we planted seeds, and this year, we’re ready to keep growing! 🌸🐝
