Ship's Company is a living history organization that interprets the history and tradition of the US Naval services and the communities that sustained it for the education of the public. We focus on interpreting the American Revolution period (1775-1783), the War of 1812 period (1811-1815), and the American Civil War period (1860-1865) through partnerships with historic ships, museums, sites, parks

, and schools, primarily in the mid-Atlantic and Chesapeake regions, as well as with our own artillery pieces and small boats. Ship's Company is a registered 501(c)(3) organization and does not discriminate or limit participation on the basis of age, disability, religion, national origin, race, color, s*xual orientation, or s*x.
