Earlier today, our Executive Director, Meghan McCorkell, joined WBAL-TV 11 Baltimore to share some incredible homebuying resources for Baltimore City residents.

Renters who are living in and looking to purchase in grant-eligible areas could be eligible for up to $20,000 with our Buy Back the Block Program. Buy Back the Block is a resident retention grant program that provides eligible Baltimore City renters with grants of either $15,000 or $20,000 to assist with the down payment on their Baltimore City home purchase.

Additionally, those interested in homebuying are invited to join us for our Fall 2026 Trolley Tour on Saturday, October 3, 8 am–1 pm, at the Baltimore Convention Center.
