Next One Up The ultimate goal of NOU’s program as a whole, is to arm students with the skills to be successful, self-reliant and socially conscious.

Next One Up (NOU) is a Baltimore-based nonprofit providing highly individualized, wrap-around support that empowers underserved young men to become the city’s next generation of leaders. Next One Up's adaptive, multi-year programming blends a focus on academics, academics and leadership to infuse out-of-school time with purpose and help young men create a dynamic and concrete vision for their future.
