Join the Filbert Street Garden team as a paid Youth Steward and help us grow community, sustainability, and leadership right here in Baltimore! 🌻🐝

This opportunity is perfect for teens and young adults who are passionate about gardening, environmental education, animals, and community service. No prior garden experience is needed — just a willingness to learn, work hard, and grow with us outdoors! 🌿

✨ What You’ll Do:
• Support daily garden operations
• Help with planting, harvesting, composting & animal care
• Participate in environmental education workshops
• Assist with volunteer days & community events
• Build leadership and job skills in a hands-on environment

📍 Location: 1321 Filbert St, Baltimore, MD 21226
💵 Paid Position: $15/hour
🗓 Seasonal Position: April – November
