We have a Life Development Program that provides resources for women interested in intentional efforts to turn life’s challenges into possibilities for their future. We provide a place of respite for women to receive essential needs, to build relationship and transition them to other needed resources. We offer our community clothing, food and other resources. For many years we have hosted women’s

Life Group, known as The Women of Hope, which meets regularly at The Well. Our mission is to bring about transformation through the healing power of love and community. We believe community heals!

Our Day of Prayer is happening August 27th from 9:00am - 11:30am at The Well. We would be honored to have you join us as we pray over our building, initiatives, and future plans.

We believe in the power of prayer and community, and your prayers and support mean so much to us. If you haven’t RSVP’d yet, there’s still time to join us!

Our Back-to-School Community Giveaway was a day filled with school supplies, shoes, coats, food, and community support for local families.

Did you know we have a clothing distribution center that offers free in-kind recourses to our community?

We're in urgent need of new, full-size toiletries to help stock our resource center for women in our community. Donations of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrushes, feminine hygiene products, razors, shaving cream, and other personal care items are greatly appreciated. Every donation helps provide dignity, care, and practical support to someone in need!

Churches and friends, we are here to remind you of our Day of Prayer taking place at The Well on August 27th. We would be honored to have you join us in praying over our building, initiatives, and future plans!

One of the initiatives we’ll be praying over is our COR Life Development Program, where women have the opportunity to grow through Community, Opportunity, and Responsibility. Through practical life skills, personal growth, and relationship-building, women are equipped with tools to move toward healing, hope, and purpose.

At The Well, we aim to build a foundation that encourages women to develop creativity and leadership skills. There is nothing better than seeing a woman rise into higher roles and discover her true potential.

Within our past fiscal year, we watched 23 women promoted to leadership roles within our workforce development program, Hon’s Honey . It’s such a joy being able to support and cheer each other on 😊

What is a Lunch + Learn?
Lunch and Learns are classes that bring women together over a shared meal to learn practical life skills, explore topics that strengthen everyday living, and connect with local experts and community partners. Classes are taught by volunteers, with wisdom to give, each designed to help women grow in confidence, discover new opportunities, and continue building lives marked by purpose, freedom, and dignity!

10 of our staff and Worker Bees traveled to Nashville to attend the 'Thistle Farms Walk With Her Conference 2026⁠' — spending time learning alongside organizations committed to healing, restoration, and creating opportunity for women survivors.

We’re leaving inspired and reminded of something we see lived out every day through this work: Love Heals. Because at the end of the day, love is the most powerful force for change in the world. ❤️🐝

Thank you to Thistle Farms for hosting us and loving us so well. Grateful to bring these lessons back home as we continue building pathways of hope and healing in Baltimore and beyond.
