From AAA to Studio Founders - A Panel
Have you wondered about what all of the amazingly talented developers affected by the Microsoft layoffs at Zenimax last year have been up to? Some have been starting their own studios!
Come hear a panel discussion from these intrepid ex-ZOS founders about their journey- the surprises, the challenges, and where their AAA experience has been a boon!
Panel Featuring:
Adam Hafez - Sackbird Studios
Dan Beahn - Grimigeon Games

Tim Mrozek - Ironroot Games
IGDA Board Elections
We will be holding our board elections for the coming 2027 year. If you are a card-carrying IGDA member and are present, you can come to vote and/or run for a position on the board!
I'm considering running for the board. What would this mean?
The IGDA Board is responsible for supporting our local developer community by helping to organize these meetups, share information about the local and greater industry on our discord, and act as advocates for our developer community wherever they can.
You wouldn't be alone- some of our past board members will be around to answer questions and make introductions to help you be successful. You would just be responsible for the ownership and ex*****on of the regular tasks related to this IGDA Chapter's activities.
Consider running if you have some time in your schedule for an activity. It's a great way to have a reason to network around and get to know the greater developer community in our area!

We look forward to seeing you there!
