Wonderful vibes at our celebration for Yael Lawson, new CEO for Workforce Solutions Capital Area! Yael previously served as interim CEO and chief operations officer for the board.

Ask Yael why she has stayed with the board for 25 years, and she will give you a simple answer: Because of the team.

Now as CEO, Yael's vision is focused on building a high-performing, responsive workforce system that aligns workforce, child care and economic development efforts more effectively across our region.
