Ask Yael why she has stayed with the board for 25 years, and she will give you a simple answer: Because of the team.

Now as CEO, Yael's vision is focused on building a high-performing, responsive workforce system that aligns workforce, child care and economic development efforts more effectively across our region.

Year One highlights include:
• 1,500+ residents connected to career opportunities
• 1,000+ participants enrolled in training
• 162 training scholarships awarded
• 99+ residents employed or advancing their careers
