Hands to Paws Rescue Located in Augusta, Georgia. We are a grassroots organization that begin with incorporation in 2015. We have NO PHYSICAL FACILITY as we are a foster home rescue!

Hands to Paws Rescue provides education, direct care and cooperative efforts for those in need of access to rescue, fostering and adoption of animals in the CSRA. Organized initially by Kathryn Ellis with friends and family that were concerned about the animal situation in the CSRA. The group received initial Non-profit status in September 2016 and have been GA Dept of Agriculture licensed since 2016. To this day the rescue continues to be an All-volunteer, non-paid Board of Directors. All activities are volunteer-based and the rescue is an All-donation (or grant) based funding rescue! 🚨🐈 TWO NEW SHIRT DESIGNS. ONE BIG MISSION! ✂️🎉

We're celebrating community cats with two brand-new designs, a little attitude, and a whole lot of purpose!

🌰 MAKE NOVEMBER NUT FREE — Bold, cheeky, and definitely a conversation starter!

🐾 STAY WILD. GET FIXED. — A little more family-friendly, but just as committed to the cause!

💛 A portion of every shirt purchase is donated to Hands to Paws Rescue to support our community cat spay/neuter and TNR efforts throughout the CSRA.

Every donation helps us prevent unwanted litters, improve the lives of community cats, and reduce the number of kittens entering an already overwhelmed rescue system.

🔥 Two designs. One mission. LOTS of cats to fix!

Pick your favorite (or both!), wear it proudly, and help us make a difference—one snip at a time! 🐈✂️

🐾 Big news for National Feral Cat Awareness Month!

Mission Meow has awarded Hands to Paws Rescue a grant for TNR equipment to help us safely transport more cats and expand access to affordable spay/neuter.

The timing couldn’t be better—we’re on track to reach 800 TNR/community cat surgeries in October and we’re pushing toward our goal of 1,000 in 2026!

A huge thank you to Mission Meow for investing in our work and the cats between the cracks. 🐈‍⬛❤️

More equipment. More surgeries. Fewer kittens needing rescue.

And there’s more to come! 👀🐾

Cotton is cat of the week! He is a friendly Siamese mix, vocal, wants to play with others, very affectionate, but not a big fan of being carried around. He follows his foster around all the time. We don’t think he’d like being an only cat. He likes a lot of attention!

Cotton will be at adoption events all weekend, come pay him a visit 🥰

How could this have happened??
Cat in video is Silas, who is available for adoption from Hands to Paws. He’s approximately 6 weeks old and has no idea what that leg is doing.
