Hands to Paws Rescue

Hands to Paws Rescue Located in Augusta, Georgia. We are a grassroots organization that begin with incorporation in 2015. We have NO PHYSICAL FACILITY as we are a foster home rescue!

Hands to Paws Rescue provides education, direct care and cooperative efforts for those in need of access to rescue, fostering and adoption of animals in the CSRA. Organized initially by Kathryn Ellis with friends and family that were concerned about the animal situation in the CSRA. The group received initial Non-profit status in September 2016 and have been GA Dept of Agriculture licensed since 2

016. To this day the rescue continues to be an All-volunteer, non-paid Board of Directors. All activities are volunteer-based and the rescue is an All-donation (or grant) based funding rescue! Daphne has been waiting awhile for her perfect forever home and needs your help finding that. She is a great cat who enjoys playing and scratch posts a lot!

She loves sitting outside and soaking in the sun, winding down afterwards by laying with you on the couch to Netflix and Chill.

She needs a quiet home with no other pets. Give her space and a day or two and she will come to you ready for petting, play, and treats!

After everything this sweet girl has been through, Dorothy finally got the ending we were hoping for.

After months of surgery, medications, healing and learning that life can be soft and safe, Dorothy has been adopted by Annabrooke. ❤️

And we couldn't imagine a better next chapter for our little bunny-eared girl—a calm home, gentle hands, soft places to land, and most importantly, lots and lots of love.

Dorothy fought hard for her second chance. Now she gets to spend the rest of her days simply being someone's very loved cat.

Happy tails, Dorothy & Annabrooke. You found each other. 🐰💕
