The CSRA community has seen a spike of 108 homeless persons in the last two years. This number grew from 470 in 2020 to a staggering 578 in 2022. This includes 58 children who either live in shelters or on the streets.

With the recent economic difficulties, rent has become more expensive in Augusta. Causing a SHARP increase in homelessness in the area. Just 3 years ago, apartments in Augusta that were $750-$950 per month today are $1100-$1500. People already on tight or fixed budgets are often evicted. Contact us if a neighbor, coworker, friend, or proud family member struggling to keep their plight a secret.
