ASERL is celebrating its 70th anniversary in 2026. In the next week, nearly all our library deans will gather in Miami for two days of insightful conversations, presentations, and camaraderie. We'll also take a group photo to commemorate the 70th year. Here's the same pic we took 20 years ago, in 2006. Lots of familiar faces from back in the day!

Congrats to our colleagues at University of Tennessee-Knoxville Libraries on this amazing new addition to their colelctions.

UT Libraries received 16,000 to 18,000 books from the Pulitzer Prize novelist's personal library. McCarthy's total estate included roughly 20,000 books.
