The Atlanta Community Food Bank is pleased to announce that Jon West will serve as Interim President and CEO, effective November 2.

Jon West currently serves as Vice President of Partner Relations, where he leads the Food Bank’s relationships with the nonprofit partners that help provide food and resources to neighbors throughout our 29-county service area.

In his role, Jon has developed strong relationships across our partner network and brings a deep understanding of the Food Bank’s operations, mission, and commitment to the neighbors we serve. His experience and collaborative approach will provide continuity and steady leadership during this transition.

We look forward to Jon's leadership as the Food Bank enters this next chapter and continues working alongside our partners, supporters, and community to ensure neighbors have access to the food they need to thrive.

Helping neighbors access food takes more than one moment, one donation or one organization. It takes people across our community working together.

This Hunger Action Month, we're celebrating the collective impact made possible through Walmart and Sam's Club's Fight Hunger. Spark Change. campaign. Thanks to shoppers, associates, suppliers, and community partners, the Food Bank can provide 825,000 meals to support our neighbors across Metro Atlanta and north Georgia.
