It’s a big moment for Ashley—her first flight with the Angels!

After extensive research, she discovered a specialist in Houston, TX for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. This rare disorder can take decades to diagnose; Ashley received hers at 40.

Commercial flights were too pricey and driving from Memphis would be tough. Once finding out that she could travel with volunteer pilots to get to the surgery she needs, she found hope!

Thanks to volunteer pilots with Angel Flight Soars and Angel Flight South Central, she now has hope for life-changing surgery at SASpine!

Ashley shares, “It's hard to put in a few words the difference Angel Flight makes in my life.” 💖

Gregory believed he would need to travel every 3 weeks for life.

Then, a case manager at City of Hope Atlanta introduced him to Angel Flight Soars. ✈️

Thanks to incredible volunteers like David, he's now flying from Bristol, TN to Newnan, GA for treatment with fewer trips ahead. With hope growing stronger each day, Gregory dreams of one day being cancer-free!

Brooks' mom was a pediatric nurse, so she knows about medical needs, helping people and caregiving. She never thought she'd be on the receiving end. Her son Brooks has a very rare GI motility disorder and very few pediatric hospitals have motility specialists and mom was thinking "no one else has been or will be able to help him"

Brooks' mom sought multiple resources to help her baby get better. The first specialist they were referred to was Children's of Alabama in Birmingham AL, and it was close enough to drive. Yet, the next one in Ohio at Cincinnati Children's was nearly 8 hours away. Mom knew he could not tolerate this long of a drive.

It was a coworker who reminded her about Angel Flight Soars.

The most recent visit was to Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN - a 14 hour drive. To further the Angels reach, connection with LifeLine Pilots made it possible to help cover the distance!

It's beautiful to see how the Angels step up for the call to help! And an honor to thank heroes like Bryan & Donald for giving their time and dedication to helping patients!
