The “Pre-Birth and Beyond” event was a meaningful and impactful gathering that created a safe space for education, connection, and honest conversation surrounding maternal health, perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause wellness, and family care across the lifespan. 👩🏾‍⚕️

Moderated by SpelMoms Co-Chair Ali Holness-Roland participants were actively engaged throughout the discussion. The event successfully encouraged dialogue around often-overlooked aspects of women’s health while reinforcing the importance of advocacy, support systems, and accessible resources for individuals and families navigating different stages of life.

Special thanks to Big Bethel AME Church, the Center for Black Womens Wellness, Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies of Georgia, Path Health, Atlanta Childbirth Resources, and the Baby Pantry.
