Athens-Limestone Public Library Foundation The ALPL Foundation Board is a small group of committed individuals who have dedicated many hours to raise the funds that have made our new library a reality.

The Athens-Limestone Public Library Foundation provides financial support to enhance the facilities, collections and programs of the Athens-Limestone County Public Library. The Foundation Board is excited about the future, and looks forward to the opportunity to continue to provide funding to support library operations and the purchase of needed materials. The teen library council offers teens ages 13 to 18 the opportunity to make a positive difference in our community and have input in how the library serves teens.

During the school year, the council meets on the first TUESDAY of each month at 4:30 until 5:15.
