Every eligible voter has the right to vote free from fear, and we won't stand for voter intimidation of any kind.

In response to the Trump administration's plans to deploy over 1,000 personnel to polling places during the 2026 , we've filed a request for an investigation with the DOJ's Civil Rights Division.

"At every turn, this administration has shut down voting rights cases, filed baseless lawsuits, and worked to restrict access to the ballot." —NAACP General Counsel Kristen Clarke
