The Pride of Temple - Temple High School Band Pride of Temple Marching Band from Temple High School Pride of Temple has always been a very strong organization within Temple High School.

Made up of approximately 100 students, the group is a high performance award winning machine. Come out and see us hit the field at half time on Friday night under the lights...you won't regret it!!

BREAKING NEWS!

For the 4th consecutive year, Carroll County Schools has been honored with the Best Communities for Music Education (BCME) Award from The NAMM Foundation for their outstanding support and commitment to music education. Carroll County Schools is one of only 16 school districts in Georgia to receive this prestigious recognition.

Recipients of the 2026 BCME Awards were selected through a comprehensive application and review process that evaluates key indicators, including funding, instructional time, participation rates, facilities and community support.

Now in its 27th year, the NAMM program continues to spotlight and celebrate school districts and individual schools across the United States for their exemplary dedication to music education and their ongoing efforts to ensure equitable access to music learning as part of a well-rounded education.

We are incredibly proud of our music educators and their programs for this outstanding accomplishment and we are so thankful for our Board of Education, district and school administrators and our incredible communities for their unwavering support of all the fine arts in Carroll County!

This Friday the UWG Wind Ensemble is performing their concert Molti Voci! The concert is at 7:30 pm in the Carroll County Schools Performing Arts Center. This Concert includes the UWG Wind Ensemble conductor Dr. Joshua Byrd, and two guest conductors Everett Cannady and Amelia Young! You do not want to miss it! We hope to see you there!
