Some of the most anticipated highlights of the 94th MORS Symposium are the Plenary, Keynote Address, and Government Sponsor Panel. Thank you to Mr. William Dries, Jr. for an inspiring keynote address providing a valuable perspective for the MORS community. Additionally, thank you to all our Government Sponsors for candidly discussing the challenges, priorities, and opportunities shaping the future of analysis.

As disruptive technologies reshape the defense landscape, analysts and decision-makers need tools that can keep pace with change. The Wargaming Emerging Technologies Workshop will explore how wargaming can support the analysis of emerging technologies, disruptive strategies, and alternative approaches to procurement and force development. In less than one week the operations research and analytics community will come together for the 94th MORS Symposium at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.

Over four dynamic days, attendees will engage in Working Group sessions, technical presentations, panels, tutorials, and a CEU Course, while also participating in exciting new experiences such as the Systems Thinking Sessions and The BIG Debate. The week will also include the Networking Social (including the Wargaming Expo), Recognition Dinner, keynote presentations, and countless opportunities to learn from and connect with some of the brightest minds in the field.

In less than two weeks, the national security operations research and analytics community will gather at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs for the 94th MORS Symposium, taking place 8–11 June 2026.
This year’s Symposium introduces exciting new interactive experiences designed to challenge perspectives, encourage collaboration, and sharpen analytical thinking.

NEW THIS YEAR — Systems Thinking Sessions
The new Systems Thinking Sessions will push participants beyond narrow problem statements to examine the interconnected systems driving outcomes across a variety of sectors. Through collaborative exercises and facilitated discussion, attendees will explore how cascading effects and second- and third-order consequences shape complex operational environments.

NEW THIS YEAR — The BIG Debate
One of the most engaging additions to the Symposium, The BIG Debate brings together experts with competing viewpoints to debate the role of AI in operations research, analytics, and national security. Expect lively discussion, audience participation, and thoughtful challenges to conventional thinking in a session designed to spark meaningful conversation across the community.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. Their sacrifice secured the freedoms we enjoy and upheld the values they swore to defend. This weekend, we reflect on the courage, dedication, and selflessness of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

At MORS, we are especially mindful of the many service members whose commitment to mission and country continues to inspire our community of analysts, military professionals, and decision-makers. We honor those who never returned home, remember their families, and recommit ourselves to serving with the same dedication, integrity, and sense of purpose that they exemplified.
