We are still down a couple of Anoka Legion Rider road guards, so we are seeking more road guard help for our last ride of the season- our Raise the Roof ride on September 12th!!!

We had a great turnout yesterday for our Memorial Ride!!!! 😊
Thank you to ALL who came, including all of our Legion Rider brothers & sisters!

A HUGE thanks to all who stepped up to road guard! We wouldn’t have had such a safe & successful ride without y’all!!!

Special shout out to North Branch American Legion Riders who also contributed so much help, making this ride a huge success ❤️

& thank you to Anoka Police Department for helping us get through Anoka safely!

Yesterday morning, our Anoka Legion Rider Vice Director & Post 102 Commander Chris Gilbertson, was in a motorcycle accident. God was watching over him because his only injuries were to his left leg 🙌🏼 They got him in for surgery pretty quickly to add a plate, rod & some screws to help with the two broken & misaligned bones + the broken ankle.
** Our Memorial ride coming up in FOUR DAYS & with Jon (got in an accident a couple weeks ago- still healing, on his road to recovery🙏🏼) & Chris unable to road guard, we are IN NEED of extra road guards so please reach out if you’re able to help!!

This Memorial ride is to help us raise money for our Rider Down Fund for times just like this, where our riders are down & may need help with bills, groceries, etc so they can focus on healing! Please consider donating, attending our ride & invite your friends! It’ll be a great day to raise money for a great cause!! 😊🎉
