Anoka Halloween Royal Ambassador Program The Anoka Royal Ambassador Program supports the growth and development of young women in Anoka

PROGRAM GOALS:
- To foster a positive growth experience for all young women.
- To create high self-confidence and self-esteem.
- To create lasting relationships with the community, local businesses and the Halloween Committee.
- To promote educational success through scholarship. Anoka High School female seniors or graduates, or 5-yr residents of Anoka who attended a private school between the ages of 17-22. A candidate may be engaged to be married, but must not get married during her reign.
