A huge thank you to the Flags crew that came out to help with the set up for the tournament, working our tent, and playing on the tournament with me.

It is a chilly start to a great day fundraising for our Nonprofit and a handful of other veteran based Nonprofits. This amazing event is hosted and organized by MY CREDIT UNION for the 5th annual “Fall Classic” corn-hole tournament.

Good luck to all the tournament players!

Need something to do this Saturday?

The Rosemount My Credit Union branch is hosting a Flag Bundling event for us THIS Saturday, August 22nd from 9am to 1:30pm. If you are available, we'd love to see you out!

Their goal is to work on the nearly 500 storage totes containing our 200,000 flags and assess each flag's health and appropriateness, remove the bad and put the good into bundles of 15. Then, 30 bundles of good flags (450 flags total) go back into a storage tote and get placed back into the building until next year's Memorial Day! No heavy lifting required.

More information and registration can be found here:

❤️ Happy Father’s Day from Flags for Fort Snelling! ❤️

Today, we celebrate the incredible dads, grandpas, and father figures who guide, protect, and love us unconditionally. We send a special salute to our military fathers who balance the profound duty of serving our country with the beautiful joy of raising a family.

We also know today can be a quiet, reflective day for those missing their fathers. As we look across the sacred grounds of Fort Snelling National Cemetery, we remember and honor the legacy of the brave fathers resting there. Their love, sacrifice, and service are never forgotten.

To all the dads celebrating today, and to the memories of the heroes we carry in our hearts, thank you.

🇺🇸 Happy Flag Day from all of us at Flags for Fort Snelling! 🇺🇸

Today, we celebrate the stars and stripes,a symbol of freedom, unity, and the incredible sacrifices made by our nation’s heroes. For us, it isn’t just a symbol we honor today; it’s a daily reminder of our mission to ensure that every fallen hero at Fort Snelling National Cemetery is remembered and respected.

Every flag tells a story of bravery. Today, we stand proud and grateful.

A huge thank you to these hard working guys from the Rosemount High School boys Hockey Team for helping us with the unloading of all our flags and supplies.

They made short work of a big job!

Everyone give them a round of applause!
