Happening tonight from 4:30-6:30 p.m.! Project Literacy! Tuesday sessions are for students in grades 5th - 7th.

"Project Literacy" is a collaborative effort between Parkridge Community Center and The Family Learning Institute (FLI) aimed at providing high-quality academic support for elementary-age students (grades 2nd through 5th) and middle schoolers. The program, facilitated by The Family Learning Institute, will commence with refreshments before educational sessions.

As you may be aware, the United States is facing a literacy epidemic, and our community is no exception. Our objective is to ensure that students in our community can effectively learn, comprehend, and communicate by meeting grade-level literacy expectations.

A meal is provided.

TELLING IT STARTS TODAY AT Parkridge Community Center!

Parkridge Community Center offers "Telling It" After-school Expressive Arts Program on Tuesday from 5 pm to 6:30 pm. This program is for youth ages 8-11 years old.

Telling It offers a safe, judgment-free, and uncensored space for kids to share ideas and explore the expressive arts, including music, games, rap, spoken word, theater, visual arts, and more!

NOTE: A SIGNED PERMISSION SLIP IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE!

This is a collaborative effort between Parkridge Community Center and The Family Learning Institute (FLI) aimed at providing high-quality academic support for elementary-age students (grades 2nd through 4th) and pre-middle /middle schoolers (grades 5th - 7th).

The program, facilitated by The Family Learning Institute, will commence with refreshments before educational sessions.

Registration for this limited opportunity will be on a first-come, first-served basis, with each group accommodating a maximum of 20 students.

The program starts on October 7th and 8th and will continue throughout the entire school year. NO COST! LITERACY MATTERS!!!
