🤝 This past week, our 2-1-1 Call Center Manager and Director had the opportunity to attend the 2-1-1 Leadership Summit at the United Way Worldwide headquarters in Alexandria, VA.

The 211 Leadership Summit brings together executive-level 211 leaders, from both United Way and independently operated 211s, for learning, networking, and strategic planning to drive the continued growth and impact of 211.

We continue to learn and grow so we can serve our community better!

Whether he’s helping callers find the resources they need in the middle of the night or bringing his kindness and positive attitude to the team, Carlos is always ready to lend a helping hand. We’re grateful to have someone so genuinely kind and dedicated looking out for our community, day and night! 🌙📞

Of course, we can’t celebrate Carlos without mentioning his love for the Dallas Cowboys! We hope his birthday brings him plenty of happiness, a little football, and maybe even a Cowboys win to make the celebration complete! 🏈
