One of the biggest lessons Iโve learned in business is to trust myself.
Iโve made decisions that I didnโt fully agree with because I was following the guidance of people I trusted. Weโre always told to delegate, hire, collaborate, get help and listen to the experts. And yes, you should.
But some of my biggest mistakes came from listening to everyone else when something in ME was saying, โThis isnโt what I want or need to do.โ
Iโve learned that getting advice doesnโt mean I have to take it. I can listen, consider it and still decide whatโs best for MY business.
At the end of the day, Iโm the one who has to live with the decision.
