Save the Date! 🌸 "Athletes in Bloom" Auction & Gala – October 23, 2026
Dear Allen Delegation, Athletes, and Supporters,
We are thrilled to announce that our annual Auction and Gala is back! On Friday, October 23, 2026, we will host our "Athletes in Bloom" event to benefit our amazing Special Olympics athletes.
Our athletes are always blooming and growing, and we rely on your incredible generosity to support them. It has been two years since our last auction, and we want to make this comeback our best night yet!
This year, we are moving to a beautiful new location in McKinney: The Cotton Mill.
Here is everything you need to know to get ready:

🎫 Ticket Tiers & Pricing
Please note that attendees must be 18 or older to attend.
Regular Ticket: $125 per person (Parents, Coaches, Supporters, Volunteers, and Unified Athletes)
Athlete Ticket: $100 per person (Special Olympians)
Sponsorship Levels: Opportunities are available! More details will be shared soon.
⚠️ Important Ticket Deadlines: > Due to venue requirements, we have a strict ticket cutoff date. Tickets MUST be purchased by October 2, 2026. No tickets will be sold at the door.
Additionally, prices will increase to $150 (Regular) and $125 (Athlete) starting September 23, 2026. Buy early to secure the best rate!

You will be asked to select your meal choice when purchasing your tickets:

Main Entrée
Mushroom & Asiago Stuffed Chicken Breast with Marsala Sauce, mashed potatoes, mixed grilled vegetables, Caesar salad, rolls, and butter.
Athlete Alternative
Caesar salad, crispy chicken strips, and tater tots.
Vegetarian
Caesar salad, Eggplant Parmesan, potatoes, and roasted vegetables.
Gluten-Free
Caesar salad (no croutons), Pan-Seared Chicken Breast with Marsala Sauce, mashed potatoes, and grilled vegetables.
