Tomorrow, Thursday Nov 30th, at 1 I'll be talking about some of the things I've learned as a commercial and residential agent over almost four decades. The Grisak Group is closing in on $50 million closed and in title and we aren't even out of the first quarter. When people ask "How are you doing it with just 9 agents?" it isn't a quick answer. But we're going to open the vault and share as many of our working practices and philosophies as we can tomorrow, Thursday 3-23-23. at 1:00. Erin Clifford (our Sr VP and Sales Director, Dina Addas (our operations manager) and I will be at the Allen Keller Williams Office at 1002 Raintree Circle to speak and answer questions. There is no cost and you don't have to be an agent with Keller Williams to attend. In fact, you don't even have to be an agent at all, but it's a good time to see some of our KW culture. Lunch will be served so I'd get there a little early.

Here we are, already in the 4th quarter, so it's time to run the Fairview/Lucas sales volume numbers by agent. This report was taken right from the MLS and is comprised of the top 25 agents by volume within Fairview and Lucas.

I'm #1 with over $41 million in sales and an average sale price of almost $1.5 million per home. The second place agent has an average sale price of $522K and total volume of about $16 million.

If I end up number one again, and it looks like that will happen, it will be my 22nd consecutive year to finish #1 out here.

There are two reasons I run these reports. First, I want viewers who are considering buying or selling a home in Fairview and Lucas to be aware of our track record. We're not "puffing", we're getting the job done for our buyers and sellers.

The second reason is to point out we aren't just listing homes, we're also selling them. There's a big difference in the two. We KNOW this very niche area very, very well.

As the real estate market becomes more challenging, and its already started to tighten up, you want a team with decades of experience behind you whether you're buying or selling your home.
