Golfers and sponsors, thank you for participating in the annual CCEDC Joycie Turner scholarship golf tournament. Your participation this year enabled us to award five more scholarships ($17,000) to deserving College bound High School Seniors from Collin County and one scholarship to Dominique Cares. This brings the total of scholarships awarded to $168,500.

I believe the low score of 21 under par was a record for this tournament. I also believe the consumption of almost 600 Slovacek sausages was a record! Again, thank you for being positive "difference makers" in Collin County.
