🎉 Congratulations to Juliette, the recipient of the 2025 William A. Lintz Award! 🎉

The William A. Lintz Award is presented each year to an individual who embodies what it truly means to be welcoming. Being welcoming is more than simply saying hello - it is about helping others feel accepted, valued, and like they belong.

For years, Juliette has brought that spirit to BCRC through a tradition that has touched countless lives. She believes that everyone deserves to be celebrated on their birthday, and she makes sure of it by singing "Happy Birthday" to peers and staff alike. Her joyful voice and thoughtful gesture have become a beloved part of the BCRC community.

Juliette's kindness, warmth, and dedication to making others feel special create a sense of belonging wherever she goes. We are proud to honor her as this year's recipient of the William A. Lintz Award.

If you've ever wondered who keeps BCRC's buildings, grounds, and 25-vehicle fleet running, safe, and looking their best, meet the man who does a little bit of everything! Swipe through to learn about John’s journey 🌍️ to BCRC.

For John, no two days are ever the same — and that's exactly how he likes it. Whether he's tackling a big project, solving an unexpected problem, coordinating our vehicles, or simply walking through the building, he enjoys being part of BCRC and the people who make it special.

And when asked to describe his BCRC experience in one word? John chose “𝑩𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒅.”⁠ We think "blessed to have him" works pretty well, too 😉
