Donations Needed for our Raffle Table at Field Day

This is a free event for the kids every 3rd Saturday in July. It concludes with a raffle table with donated items from people, Sportsmen's clubs, and businesses. We are a 501c3 and have multiple free events for our community kids yearly and rely on donations and sponsors etc to help us put on these fun activities for our youth.
So I'm just posting and reaching out to anybody who might have a business or maybe some unopened stuff laying around at their house they plan on donating and haven't gotten around to it. If anyone wants to donate an item or multiple items to our Youth Foundation for the field day raffle, I will be collecting those all the way up until the day on July 18th. We do get a lot of hunting and fishing related items, and things related to conservation and outdoors. But it doesn't necessarily have to be that. If you have a business item with your name on it and you want to give a hat or a tumbler to promote it, we also raffle off these types of things.
I do have an official letterhead that you can use for a tax write off as well that I can get to you.

Thanks for reading ๐Ÿ˜Š
I will come to you to pick up anything you'd like to donate

Hey everyone

We about week away from 2026 Beaver County Sportsmen's Conservation Camp!

Reminder that drop off is at noon on Father's Day. Make sure to double check the packing list suggestions. We can't wait to see everybody next weekend.

Just wanted to remind everybody that we do need cookie donations for the week. If you planned on donating any to the camp this year, you could just bring them at check-in with your child.
We just asked that there are no nuts of any kind in the cookies.

See everyone next weekend ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ›ถ

would like to ask for cookie donations for our campers/counselors/staff this year. It went over very well bringing that tradition back last year and eveyone loved all the cookies. We had so many people drop off donations.

As of right now we have around 46 campers, 13 counselors and jr counselors. I'm unsure on the total of adult staff and volunteers throughout the week, but any amount you want to donate, we will accept.

It does not have to be homemade. Store-bought cookies are also appreciated. We only ask that you make sure that none of them have nuts of any type as one of the ingredients.

You can get a hold of us here on messenger in this group or commenting on this post. Or you can contact me, Amy Swartzlander directly for any donation drop offs or pickups.
Call or text 724-513-9349

Camp begins Father's day 6/21 so we would just need them before that date please. Or if you're dropping your child off or coming to volunteer at the camp, you can bring the cookies with you at check in. We always appreciate all of the community support that we get for our Youth Foundation ๐Ÿ˜Š

We promise Cookie Monster is still not invited and won't be stealing them all!

Itโ€™s time to make THIS SUMMER a memorable one!

Across PA, regional offices are getting ready for their annual Junior Game Warden Camps where youth, ages 12 to 15, can spend the day learning what itโ€™s like to be a Pennsylvania state game warden.

Campers will join wardens in light physical fitness, confidence-building exercises, and hands-on learning stations.

Theyโ€™ll have the opportunity to go all-in with wildlife forensics, wildlife-capture techniques, woodland tracking, outdoor survival, and all things wild!

There will be six camps hosted across our state, in each of the regions, with varying dates throughout the summer. The Northwest Region's Junior Game Warden Camp will be held on Saturday, June 27, at Butler City Hunting & Fishing Club in East Butler.

For more info including dates, locations, and registration, visit https://bit.ly/JrGameWarden.
