- looking back at the very first project that was awarded a grant through our Monaca Business Facade Grant program. The incredible visual impact of Flesh Mechanics' mural is still wowing passersby, and we're thrilled that our grant program was able to contribute to this project and help bring Kevin Kerr's vision to reality.
📣 If you are a Monaca business owner or building property owner, and want to update your storefront/business building facade, we'd love to help you achieve your goal!
Your project doesn't have to be a major renovation to be eligible - it can be as simple as signage, painting, an awning, etc., as long as it meets the eligibility requirements stated in our application packet, available at MonacaCDC.org.
Monaca Business Facade Grants are still available, BUT only while funds last. We have awarded 11 grants so far and a portion of our funds will end in June.

While grant funds last, our business facade grant program can reimburse up to 50% (max. of $5,000) of eligible project costs for qualifying candidates and projects!
