Please share! This amazing opportunity will provide:

- Medical evaluations, to include sports physicals, general wellness and education of chronic illness/disease management and prevention.

- Dental evaluations, simple extractions, minor fillings and regular cleanings.

- Eye exams. If glasses are needed, you will receive one pair of glasses.

-Behavioral health. Evaluations and referrals will be provided.

-Veterinarian service- full list of services forthcoming.
