Amberleigh 2026 Annual Meeting & Online Voting
Dear Amberleigh Homeowners,

The Amberleigh Homeowners Association 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. Advance registration is required.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with the information needed to join the meeting.

The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors, each of whom will serve a three-year term. Three candidates have been nominated for the two open positions. A quorum of at least 10% is required in order to convene the meeting and conduct the election.

Don't Forget to Vote!

Online voting through Vote HOA Now will open on Thursday, October 1, 2026, and will remain open until 7:30 p.m. on October 27, 2026, during the Annual Meeting. Owners who vote electronically will also count toward establishing quorum.

Homeowners with an email address on file will receive a ballot from [email protected]. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.

If you do not receive your voting email, please visit the Amberleigh voting website and select “Contact Us” to request your voting code: https://amberleigh.ivotehoa.com/register

Homeowners who prefer not to vote electronically may request an instructed proxy by contacting Management.

All Kids' Events take place inside Paradise Games & Gifts, located at 10385 Main Street, Fairfax, as part of the City of Fairfax Fall Festival.

The 2026 Call for Candidates for the Amberleigh Homeowners Association Board of Directors is in the mail and will be arriving in your mailbox soon!

There are two (2) Board positions up for election, each serving a three-year term. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please complete and return the Nomination Application by Monday, September 21, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

The Annual Meeting will be held on October 27, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. Formal notice of the Annual Meeting will be mailed separately.

Fairfax County’s Department of Planning and Development has asked that we share the following information regarding the Hilltop Village Center Plan Amendment (SSPA 2025-IV-2RH).

The staff report for the proposed Plan Amendment has been published, and public hearings have been scheduled. All interested residents are welcome to attend and participate.

Dear Amberleigh Homeowners,

Weather permitting, annual architectural inspections will be conducted throughout the community this week. Inspections are performed from the curbside and will include items visible from the street.

If maintenance items are observed, homeowners will receive a notice by mail identifying the items that require attention.

Dear Amberleigh Residents,

Please be advised that Trash Away will begin collections one hour earlier due to the summer heat. This modified schedule will be in effect June 30 through August 31.

To ensure your trash and recycling are collected, all containers must be placed at the curb the night before collection or no later than 6:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day.

As a reminder, the collection schedule for Amberleigh is:

Trash: Mondays and Thursdays
Recycling: Thursdays
