Dominion Towing company’s parking patrolling hours have been updated from 10pm-6am to 11pm-6am. Starting on July 1st, 2022
All restrictions remain as previous contract.
As a reminder, Vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense and right to parking pass can be denied by the HOA board if rules are frequently violated, including but not limited to:
-Not visible displaying parking permit tag(hanging from rearview mirror)
-Any vehicle which is unregistered, unlicensed, inoperable, or otherwise restricted as described in HOA By-Laws.
-Vehicle is parked "storage purposes" if occupying spot over 72hrs from day-to-day usage without BODs permission, after that(72hrs) towing may occur from the property without warning at the owner's expense.
- Trailers, Boats or any other equipment similar nature are prohibited.
-Repairs are not allowed on any common area. Oil, any fluid drips or damage will be cleaned/repaired at Home Owner's expense by adding cost to HOA billing.
Sacramento Mews generally follows Fairfax County Parking restrictions as a guideline for description of issues, timelines, etc. but applies HOA rules if they are stricter.
