A Heartfelt Thank You from TRICIA!
Dear TRICIA Community,
We sincerely thank everyone who joined us for the TRICIA Annual Picnic & Indian Independence Day Celebration and made it a wonderful celebration of community, friendship, and togetherness.
We were truly grateful for the tremendous response from our community. A special thank you to everyone who RSVP’d in advance, as your responses helped us plan and prepare for the event.
At the same time, we welcomed a significantly higher number of walk-in guests than anticipated. This unexpected surge naturally led to some additional wait times and inconvenience, particularly during food service. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and greatly appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and cooperation as our team worked quickly to accommodate the additional guests.
We also made an effort to give priority to our senior community members during food service. We truly appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation.
Despite these challenges, seeing so many families, friends, children, and senior members come together to celebrate our community and India’s Independence Day made the occasion incredibly special and memorable.
We were truly honored and privileged to welcome our distinguished guests:

We extend our sincere gratitude to our distinguished guests for taking time from their busy schedules to join us. Their presence, encouraging words, and continued support for our community added great significance to the celebration.
We deeply appreciate their continued friendship and support of TRICIA and the Indian-American community, and we are grateful to have them celebrate this special occasion alongside us.
A very special thank you goes to our volunteers, Executive Committee members, and Board members, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes and throughout the day. When the unexpected turnout presented challenges, our team stepped up, stood together, and took responsibility wherever needed. Their experience, dedication, and teamwork played a key role in keeping the event running smoothly.
Most importantly, thank you to our entire community for your overwhelming response and continued support. Your participation, enthusiasm, and encouragement are what make TRICIA events so special.
We value your feedback, and every event gives us an opportunity to learn and improve. We will take the lessons from this experience into our future planning as we continue working to serve our community even better.
