Get ready to dig in at Blues, Brews & BBQ in Alameda's Washington Park on September 20 (12pm-6pm)! The smoky aroma of sizzling barbecue will fill the air as festivalgoers enjoy delicious, hearty favorites made for a day of great music, cold drinks, and good company. From savory, slow-cooked meats to classic barbecue sides, the event offers plenty of flavorful reasons to come hungry.

This year will include unforgettable flavors from Evergood (celebrating 100 years), T&S Extreme, Smoking Woods, Speer, Pearson's Premium, Stackhouse, Tante’s Catering – along with Alameda locals C’era Una Volta and Calafia Taqueria serving up smoky barbecue and sides.

Urban design leader Barry Long will open the evening with inspiring examples from 35 years of work helping communities use creative planning, public space, and arts ecosystems to shape successful neighborhood transformation. He will then facilitate a panel discussion with invited mayoral candidates, focused on bold and creative ideas for Alameda Point’s future.
