No slides, no vague statements, and no information you can Google in 5 minutes. ❌📊

That was exactly the spirit of the open and honest discussion we hosted at Workin with the delegation of the Belgian Federation of Chambers of Commerce from Flanders, Wallonia, and Brussels. We had the pleasure of welcoming presidents, operational directors, and regional leaders.

Krzysztof Kondratowicz focused entirely on practice:
• the real challenges startups face,
• how the ecosystem works “behind the scenes,”
• its successes, but also the areas that still need improvement.

The meeting sparked lively discussions and featured inspiring examples of innovation. We believe this kind of authenticity opens more doors than even the most polished presentation.

Many important questions were raised — about KPIs, collaboration models, and the real economic impact of startup ecosystems. Another topic especially close to our hearts also emerged. As a foundation, we fully understand and measure business metrics, but our core mission remains the genuine support of Polish innovators and entrepreneurs.

We also believe that every meeting like this leaves a lasting mark — offering new perspectives, valuable knowledge, and often becoming the first step toward international cooperation. 🤝
