On this Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, we are reminded of how deeply Jesus loves us. In the Eucharist, He does not only give us a sign of His love, but He gives us Himself completely. He comes to us quietly, humbly, and lovingly, to feed our souls and stay close to us in every moment of our lives.

As we receive Him in Holy Communion, may we do so with thankful and open hearts. May the Body and Blood of Christ strengthen us, heal us, and teach us to love others more sincerely. In the Eucharist, we find not just comfort, but the real presence of Jesus who walks with us, stays with us, and never stops giving Himself for us.

𝗣𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 & 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆: 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

The Holy Trinity is beautifully revealed in the Gospel of John 3:16: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him might not perish but might have eternal life.” In this verse, we see the Father's immense love for humanity. Out of that love, He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, into the world. This reminds us that God's love is not distant or hidden; it is a love that gives, sacrifices, and seeks the salvation of all people.

Jesus, the Son, is the greatest gift of the Father to the world. Through His life, death, and resurrection, He showed us the depth of God's mercy and compassion. His mission was not to condemn the world but to save it. As a community of faith, we are invited to believe in Him, follow His teachings, and become witnesses of His love through our words and actions.

The Holy Spirit continues the work of the Father and the Son in our lives today. The Spirit helps us understand God's love, strengthens our faith, and guides us to live as disciples of Christ. Through the Holy Trinity, we experience a God who loves, saves, and remains with us always. John 3:16 reminds us that the Trinity is a communion of perfect love, inviting us to share that same love with one another and with the world

Jesus said to His disciples: “𝑃𝑒𝑎𝑐𝑒 𝑏𝑒 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑦𝑜𝑢.”

It’s a sign of His love, commitment, and protection, a gift He sealed by sending the Holy Spirit to overshadow and strengthen them.

May the peace of the Lord remain with us through the power of the Holy Spirit. May He enlighten us and give us the strength to live out peace with our loved ones, friends, and even our enemies.

Blessed Sunday to all!

𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑨𝑺𝑪𝑬𝑵𝑺𝑰𝑶𝑵 𝑶𝑭 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑳𝑶𝑹𝑫

Today is the seventh Sunday of Easter, and we also celebrate this sunday the Ascension of the Lord. Today’s Gospel speaks about the commissioning of the disciples. Jesus sent them forth to “go and make disciples of all nations,” baptizing them using the baptismal formula: “in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.” He not only commanded them to baptize, but also reminded them to teach others to observe everything He had commanded them.

In our daily lives, we are likewise invited to become missionaries who help make disciples of all nations.

The mission of proclaiming Christ is not only for catechists, priests, or those actively serving in the Church, but for all of us as Christians. Every time we attend the Holy Eucharist, the celebration does not simply end when the priest says, “The Mass has ended, go in peace, glorifying the Lord by your life.” Rather, we are being sent out on a mission: to proclaim the Lord through our witness, our actions, and our service to others, so that more people may come to know Him and become members of His flock.

As Catholics, we are called to stand firm and be courageous in proclaiming the Kingdom of God. We should not be afraid to face persecutions, struggles, and trials in carrying out this mission, because God never abandons His children. Amid the challenges and difficulties of life, let us always hold on to the comforting words of Jesus Christ: “I am with you always.” His constant presence gives us strength, hope, and courage to continue becoming faithful witnesses of His love in the world.
