Ang tunay na pamumuno ay hindi nasusukat sa titulo, kundi sa mga buhay na nababago at sa tiwalang naitatag sa bawat mamamayan.

Kilalanin si Hon. Ronald B. Cosico, Municipal Mayor ng Paete, Laguna, sa isang makabuluhang panayam kung saan ibinahagi niya ang kanyang pananaw tungkol sa tapat na pamamahala, malasakit sa kapwa, at ang patuloy na pagsisikap na makapaghatid ng mga programang may pangmatagalang epekto sa kanyang bayan.
