July Milestone Report | 11 Years of Restoring Dignity

Every number tells a story.

A story of someone welcomed with a warm meal.
A story of someone who took a shower after days—or even weeks—on the streets.
A story of hope made possible by people who chose compassion.

From January to July 2026, we have already provided 35,521 showers and buffet meals to our homeless brothers and sisters.

Since the beginning of the KALiNgA Mission in July 2015, together we have served 927,961 showers and buffet meals—each one representing a life touched with dignity, care, and hope.

This milestone belongs to every volunteer, donor, partner, and friend who continues to believe that everyone deserves a chance to begin again.

11th Anniversary Recap!

Eleven years ago, the Arnold Janssen KALiNgA Center was founded from a simple yet profound mission—to care for those who are often marginalized, forgotten, and left behind by society.

When the KALiNgA Center was blessed by Cardinal Luis Antonio “Chito” Tagle over a decade ago, he shared a heartfelt hope: that one day, the Center would no longer be needed because there would be no one left homeless.

While that dream has yet to become reality, the mission continues.

For 11 years, the Arnold Janssen KALiNgA Center has remained a place of hope, compassion, and restoration—serving thousands of individuals with dignity, love, and care. Every meal shared, every shower provided, every life restored, and every opportunity given is made possible through the generosity of our benefactors, partners-in-mission, volunteers, partners, and friends.

To everyone who has walked this journey with us, thank you for opening your hearts, your hands, and your lives to our mission.

For eleven years, KALiNgA has been more than a mission—it has been a home for those who have nowhere to go, a table where no one is forgotten, and a community where hope is restored.

Every meal served, every life transformed, every child given the chance to dream again, and every hand extended in compassion has been made possible because of the generosity of our partners, volunteers, donors, and friends.

As we celebrate this milestone, we look back with gratitude and move forward with renewed commitment to continue serving with love, dignity, and compassion.

Umarangkada na ang unang Pakape't Pandesal outreach ng 'Tulong Abante, Alagang BNC', kung saan daan-daang homeless ang nabigyan ng libreng mainit na kape at bagong lutong pandesal sa Sta. Cruz, Maynila noong Hulyo 12.

Naging katuwang ng programa ang Cafe Puro, na nagsilbing sponsor ng libreng kape para sa unang araw ng outreach, habang nakipagtulungan din ang Arnold Janssen Kalinga Center sa pamamahagi ng tulong.

Layunin ng 'Tulong Abante, Alagang BNC' na makapaghatid ng simpleng almusal at pag-asa sa mga higit na nangangailangan.
