The UP College of Nursing College Electoral Board (CEB) hereby promulgates General Resolution No. 2026-001, officially certifying the conduct and results of the Nursing Student Council (NSC) General Elections for Academic Year 2026-2027, adopting the Official Canvass of Votes, and proclaiming the duly elected officers of the Nursing Student Council.

Following the completion of the election process, the official canvassing of votes, and the lapse of the prescribed protest periods without any protest affecting the validity of the election results, the Board formally proclaims the duly elected officers through the attached General Resolution.

The UP College of Nursing College Electoral Board (UPCN CEB) officially presents the Initial Results of the 2026 Nursing Student Council (NSC) General Elections.

Out of 478 eligible undergraduate and postgraduate students, a total of 317 students (66.32%) participated in the elections. A total of 306 valid votes were canvassed for the Nursing Student Council positions.

Eleven (11) ballots were deemed invalid due to skipped responses for one or more NSC positions, despite containing valid selections (candidate or abstain) for other NSC positions.
