[UPM UEB 2025: Filing Period Extended]

To ensure greater involvement from the student body, the University Electoral Board (UEB) has decided to extend the filing period for the 46th USC Special Elections.

The new deadline is set for Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

The UPCN College Electoral Board (CEB) releases the official resolution on the Failure of the Special Elections and Succession of the Chairperson of the Nursing Student Council 2025.

Through this resolution, Carlene Precious P. Canlas has been formally proclaimed as the new Chairperson of the Nursing Student Council. Consequently, her former position as Vice Chairperson for Internal Affairs is now declared permanently vacant.

📅 August 20 – August 24, 2025
The UP College of Nursing College Electoral Board (CEB) formally opens the Filing of Candidacy for the upcoming Nursing Student Council Special Elections 2025.
Interested applicants are advised to accomplish and submit all required documents within the designated filing period.

Special elections shall be conducted for the following positions: Chairperson, CN Representative to the USC, Class of 2027 Batch Representative, and Post-Graduate Representative

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Certificate of Candidacy
2. Biodata of Candidate
3. Certificate of Enrollment (Form 5)*
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character (GMC)*
5. Platform of the Individual Candidate

*The Certificate of Enrollment and Good Moral Character can be submitted separately if there are processing delays, as long as they are completed before the first day of the election.

REMINDERS:
