The UP College of Nursing College Electoral Board (CEB) hereby promulgates General Resolution No. 2026-003, officially certifying the conduct and results of the Nursing Student Council (NSC) Special Elections for Academic Year 2026–2027, adopting the Official Canvass of Votes, and proclaiming the duly elected officers of the Nursing Student Council.

Following the completion of the Special Election process, the official canvassing of votes, and the lapse of the prescribed protest period without any protest affecting the validity of the election results, the Board formally proclaims the duly elected officers through the attached General Resolution.

The UPCN CEB extends its congratulations to the newly elected officers and expresses its gratitude to every IskoNars who participated in the Special Election. Your participation strengthens democratic student representation and upholds the values of transparency, integrity, and accountability within the College.

The UP College of Nursing College Electoral Board (UPCN CEB) officially presents the Initial Results of the 2026 Nursing Student Council (NSC) Special Elections.

Out of 408 eligible undergraduate and postgraduate students, a total of 201 students (49.26%) participated in the elections. A total of 201 valid votes were canvassed for the Nursing Student Council positions.

Three (3) ballots were deemed invalid due to the voters selecting the wrong batch during the voting process.

IskoNars, the UP College of Nursing College Electoral Board (CEB) has officially adopted General Resolution No. 2026-002, recognizing the permanent vacancies in the Nursing Student Council (NSC) for A.Y. 2026–2027 and delegating their filling to the Student Legislative Assembly (SLA).

The resolution recognizes the following permanent vacancies:

β€’ Point Information Officer

In accordance with the Amended Nursing Student Assembly (NSA) Constitution, these vacancies shall be filled through the appointment process of the SLA, which includes the selection of nominees from the UPCN student body, student consultation prior to appointment, and deliberation based on the outcomes of the consultation.
