Icons’ Cut Series No. 53

Manila, as one of the fashion capitals in the world, serves as the core, with a magnetic field of style variations, artistic framing, and cultural influences. From the streets full of local stories to the center of trades and markets, swag in one’s own form remains present and inevitable. Through styling, movement, and framing, how a modern Filipino fashion coexists with the city’s historical and cultural foundations is captured in one single piece bound by its living influence and inclusivity.

Behind the famous street lamps, rocky roads, and city lights, a rebel heart beats the same rhythm of the city’s traffic—audible, loud, and clear despite the traffic noise. Binding each movement into a single frame holds presence loud enough for the world to hear, visible enough for the people to see, and more than enough to withstand every harsh occurrence.

Icons’ Cut Series No. 52

In becoming the most treasured diamond in the crowd’s eyes, the process of transformation in being authentic is essential. A pampered power will never be achieved without personal alignment with one’s unique story and values. From a young Icon’s perspective, every stroke of a volumizing mascara and every swatch of eyeshadow means three things—being present, accepting, and patient throughout the process of becoming. After the process of transformation, it is the only right time to accept oneself in being the most authentic one.

Shimmers, accessories, and sparkles really channel the raw beauty of a young woman, but the unapologetic boldness, silent power, and feminine strength are what define her soul’s purpose—to achieve utmost maturity in handling the charm of being genuine that screams the entire meaning of beauty.

𝑳𝑨𝑷𝑰𝑻 𝑵𝑨, 𝑬𝑯!

Icons' Cut Series No. 50

A jeepney arrives already full, but the road keeps asking who gets to move and who is left standing. In the heat of Manila’s motion, every ride becomes a quiet negotiation between space, timing and survival.

Inside, bodies fold into each other. Outside, hands hesitate, hoping the next one still has a room. It is a daily rhythm of almost—almost getting in, almost making it, almost being part of the journey.

But the jeepney is never just a vehicle. It is a labor in motion. It is the weight of fuel, of fares, of lives kept running despite everything pulling them to stop. The drivers who keep these routes alive are not separate from where we are going… they are the reason we move at all.

Missing a ride is never the end. It is only a pause in a system that should never make arrival feel uncertain in the first place.

Icons' Cut Series No. 49

What once was a star is now a galactic explosion. Different frequencies, one purpose—to surge and expand through space, and were created from a meaningful collision.

When gravity pulls, no one can escape. When resilience and potential are forged together, a seed of maximum transformation is created. In a world full of chaos and noise, contrast and harmony put balance to it all. The force is inescapable, but the impact after the convergence is what makes a true supernova the most unstoppable. Gravitating each frequency of oneself opens the portal to different energies, fueling the soul of art and creating new worlds and stories.

Contrasted pillars, driven from convergence.
