BPI Foundation and WWF-Philippines gathered with the communities of Manjuyod, Negros Oriental to mark a major milestone in the Farm to Table program.

Over the past 15 months, fisherfolk and coastal farmers across 8 barangays built seaweed drying enterprises, food sheds, dried fish operations, and savings groups,many from the ground up. The culminating activity brought all ten People's Organizations together to showcase their products, share what they learned, and celebrate how far they've come.

Jonna built Punique Handicrafts around one idea: traditional puni weaving shouldn't disappear.

Based in Malolos, Bulacan, Punique creates handwoven fashion accessories, bouquets, and décor made by women in the community, using natural and upcycled materials. When she joined BPI SINAG, the business was mostly running on custom orders.

Sinag helped Punique build retail stocks, reach new markets, develop new products, and grow to 18 active weavers. The craft is still the same. The reach is just a lot wider now.

From waste to worth: that's the story behind Kreations Upcycle Furniture Manufacturing.

BPI Foundation recently paid a visit to Kreations Upcycle, one of the social enterprises under our SINAG program. This social enterprise transforms discarded materials into functional, handcrafted furniture, building a business model rooted in sustainability and creativity.

Last March 26, BPI Foundation's FinEd Unboxed program brought a financial education session to the vendors of Barangay Holy Spirit through a partnership with SBCDPO. The session is part of our ongoing effort to bring practical financial knowledge directly to the people who need it most: in their communities, on their terms.

FinEd Unboxed uses a community-based approach to financial education, equipping everyday Filipinos with the tools to manage, grow, and protect their finances.

Congratulations to the Top 20 Winners of this year's BPI SEAL-SEGA Program!

BPIF trained 98 microentrepreneurs through the SEAL-SEGA Program, a nationwide entrepreneurship initiative designed to strengthen the growth potential of microenterprises through intensive mentorship, structured capacity-building sessions, and pitching opportunities.

As a highlight of the program, 20 outstanding microentrepreneurs emerged as winners of the pitching challenge, demonstrating innovation, resilience, and strong business potential. These emerging entrepreneurs showed great promise in growing and strengthening their enterprises.

We looked forward to supporting them as they took the next step in their entrepreneurial journey.

From farm to market, powered by community. 🌾🤝

We conducted a courtesy visit and discussion on Bagsakan Center operations in Asuncion, Davao del Norte with Mayor Atty. Rosario Dayaday, Kasilak Foundation, and our New Bantayan and Buclad beneficiaries.

Through Project FarmER, farmers were able to roll out capital for rice retailing using income from vegetable farming and livestock. The project strengthened sustainable farming practices, crop diversification, and livestock integration as supplemental livelihood.

Two community groups were also supported in registering as People’s Organizations with DOLE, enabling access to government support. Moving forward, these POs will manage and operate the Bagsakan Center—ensuring ownership, empowerment, and sustainability.

BPI Foundation partners with Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna to expand access to financial education, boosting shared commitment to helping individuals and communities make informed financial decisions.

Through the collaboration, BPI Foundation implements FinEd Unboxed, a program that translates financial concepts into everyday knowledge and brings learning beyond the classroom and into communities with limited access to financial literacy programs.
