It aims to provide information on the employability of graduates and to assess the relevance of this higher education program vis-à-vis the needs of employers. The Unified Divergence team of the University of San Jose-Recoletos Main Campus conceptualized the university's very first graduate tracer study specific to a course, that is - Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management (BSBA-HRDM).
This tracer study is also the first to be conducted for the graduates of the College of Commerce. The university is in dire need of graduate tracer studies of all its course offerings partly for CHED accreditation and mainly for using the data that will be collected in assessing and consequently enhancing the degree programs it offers.
