Before being named the Batch Valedictorian of USJR Class of 2026, she had already earned national recognition as the Most Outstanding Civil Engineering Student 2026 by the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers.

Now graduating as a Summa Cum Laude and recipient of the Institutional Leadership Award, Suzane proves that true success is built not only with knowledge, but with character, service, and vision.

From inspiring future educators as a former professor and Chairman of the USJ-R School of Education, Dr. Gatieh Nacario has taken his passion, talent, and dedication across the globe and onto the theater stage in the United States.

Today, he continues to make Josenians proud through his remarkable performances in acclaimed productions such as Shrek, Route 66, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The SpongeBob Musical, Sister Act, Little House on the Prairie, Funny Girl, and The Little Mermaid.

His versatility also shines in straight plays including Art, Corpus Christi, and It’s a Wonderful Life.

Dr. Nacario’s journey reminds us that education empowers, but passion opens endless possibilities. Whether inside the classroom or under the bright lights of the theater, excellence remains the hallmark of a true Josenian.

FROM BEST FRIENDS TO FELLOW JOSENIANS

What started as a friendship in Grade 7 has grown through the years, surviving different classes, schedules, challenges, and countless memories. From graduating with honors together to serving as student volunteers, Abejah and her best friend have always found their way back to the same path.

When they thought college would finally take them in different directions, fate had other plans. Despite choosing different degree programs, both are now officially part of the Josenian family!
