There has always been a lot of threats for Carbon Market's survival such as supermarkets and globalization impacts. Standards become higher every year and its vendors should keep up to these standards because if they won't then they would lose their source of livelihood. If this happens, Cebu would lose one of its great contributors for the city's progress. Not only economically speaking but also when it comes to heritage.
