This year, we went bigger than we ever have before. πŸ’™πŸΆ

We set our most ambitious Appeal goal yet β€” $150,000 β€” because the children waiting for a life-changing Assistance Dog deserve nothing less than our biggest, boldest effort.

And our community really showed up. Thanks to supporters like you, we've already raised $121,145 β€” proof of what we can do when we aim high together.

Now we've got 3 days to finish what we started. Donations are still being doubled by an anonymous donor, up to $10,000, so there's never been a better moment to be part of it.

Can you please help us cross the line β€” and be part of the biggest Appeal we've ever done?

The real MVPs of last weekend's street collection? Our blue-coat-wearing puppies and dogs, who reported for duty at collection sites across Aotearoa. πŸ«‘πŸ’™πŸΆ

And right next to them were around 200 incredible volunteers who helped bring us a big step closer to our $150,000 Blue Puppy Appeal target. Thank you so much - and thank you to everyone who stopped to make a generous donation.

But we've still got a way to go - and with just one week left, we urgently need your help.

This week an anonymous donor is matching every donation, up to $10,000 - so whatever you give does double the work for the 15 children still waiting for their assistance dog.

πŸ’™ Please donate here: www.bluepuppyappeal.co.nz

Before Pepper, Elise rarely left the house. Her invisible disability made everyday life incredibly difficult. She could no longer attend school, and she spent most of her time sitting under a blanket, disengaged from the world β€” she wasn't even using screens.

Assistance Dog, Pepper, has given Elise the confidence and support to step back into the world. Today, she is going places independently, seeing friends and doing things without her parents or support workers for the first time.

And right now, 15 more children are waiting for an Assistance Dog of their own.

It's the final week of the Blue Puppy Appeal β€” and right now an anonymous donor is matching every donation, dollar for dollar, up to $10,000.
So a gift today does double the work: helping give another child the support they need to live a more fulfilling life. πŸ’™πŸΆ

Eden Park has never looked quite like this before! πŸΆπŸ‰πŸ’™

On saturday, for the first time ever, dogs were welcomed to a rugby game at this inconic venue β€” all in support of the Blue Puppy Appeal!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, both two-legged and four-legged. It was so special to see so many pups (and their people!) enjoying the day together.

If you couldn’t make it but would still like to support the Blue Puppy Appeal and our $150,000 fundraising goal to help train more life-changing Assistance Dogs for children with disabilities, please donate at bluepuppyappeal.co.nz
