ication agencies. Comms Council has 91 member agencies with a combined turnover of approximately $1 billion, which collectively represent 95 percent of agency billings in New Zealand. We were back Eden Park yesterday for the first ever Trusted Advisor Effect course. Led by Simon Mills-Houlihan (GM at TBWA\ New Zealand) it was a wonderful day, filled with lots of knowledge and great insights - we hope our 2026 cohort left the course with the confidence in their ability to become great trusted advisors.

Simon, we would like to thank you for taking this on. You did a brilliant job running the course and we look forward to working with you in the future to deliver the course again.

We also would like to thank Dave Pearce (GM Marketing at 2degrees) and Cassidy Meredith (GM at Hearts & Science) for taking the time out of their busy schedules to present as guest speakers, providing their perspectives and insights. We really appreciate it.

This time last week, we had the pleasure of being down at Victoria University of Wellington taking part in their Trimester 2 Careers Expo.

We loved talking to the students about the wonderful world of advertising and all the opportunities our industry has to offer.

As well as participating in the expo, we were also fortunate to present to Vic students in multiple presentations in person and online and we’d like to thank the careers team, lecturers, and for helping to facilitate and promote this this. We love engaging with your students and look forward to continuing to connect with them in the future.
